Bruce Bernstein serves as Vice President of Strategic Markets for Careington International Corporation and affiliate companies DialCare, Careington Benefit Solutions and Munroe Sutton. He began his career in network development, learning each aspect of building and maintaining Careington's industry-leading, proprietary dental networks. Bruce spent time in the marketing department before moving into a global sales role with the Munroe Sutton team developing a dental network in the UK that is leased by dental insurers and healthcare plans. Now as Vice President of Strategic Markets, Bruce is responsible for the business development of Careington's stateside employee benefits strategy, TPA services, as well as overseeing the Launch Loyalty division of the company, focused on developing custom patient memberships for dental practice groups.

Leesa Olson, Assistant Vice President of Launch Loyalty, has more than 20 years of health care industry experience focused on building national and international provider networks, client relations and account management, discount plan compliance and in-office membership plan innovation as well as building and leading high-performance, results-driven teams. She is also actively involved in multiple industry organizations, including Women in DSO, The Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO) and The National Association of Dental Plans (NADP). Leesa and her team have a proven track record of working collaboratively with corporate health care companies to create, execute and administer innovative, membership-based health savings plans to grow their businesses.

Sarah Key, Assistant Director of Launch Loyalty, has worked in the dental discount industry for more than 18 years and has experience in dental network recruiting and membership plan experience. Today, Sarah and her team of Membership Plan Advisors and Client Success Advisors are dedicated to helping dental offices create and launch successful in-house memberships by discovering and sustaining their full potential. Sarah's goal is to ensure each new plan that Launch Loyalty creates perfectly fits each client's needs and provides maximum profitability for their practice.

Brianna Hill, Manager of Client Success, began her career in a dental office as a Registered Dental Assistant and later as an Office Manager, where she worked with patients firsthand. She has cross-trained experience in dental insurance, claims, credentialing and discount plans. Today, Brianna trains and leads the Client Success team, which is responsible for the ongoing success and satisfaction of DSOs and clients of all sizes. Her expertise and insight are instrumental in providing new client training, performing ongoing client support and ensuring in-house membership plans are profitable and successful.

Kris DeArmon, Manager of Campaigns and Operations, oversees campaigns and special projects for the Launch Loyalty team. She is a PMP-certified project manager and has experience with implementing discount and membership plans of all sizes. Kris has been instrumental in establishing and executing efficient setup processes for fully custom plans for large dental groups. Leveraging this experience, she streamlines marketing deliverables and processes for the Launch Loyalty team and serves as the leadership liaison for internal departments to ensure successful development of necessary features for loyalty plans and employer initiatives.
